As a graduate of SUNY at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine and the United States Dental Institute, Dr. Miraglia has been in private practice for over 20 years. He enjoys performing full-mouth restorative dentistry procedures, such as dental implants, in addition to Invisalign® orthodontic.

Since 2008, Dr. Miraglia has been an Invisalign faculty member speaking internationally to thousands of dentists. His responsibilities include training new doctors in the Invisalign Fundamentals course as well as teaching advanced Invisalign techniques in the Invisalign Intermediate course. Several of his cases are featured in these programs. He also presents at most of the GP Summit and Forum programs. Dr. Miraglia conducts E-Connect programs, ATE webinars and study club lectures as well. Dr. Miraglia received the Invisalign “Educator of the Year Award” for 2013.

Dr. Kalli Hale has known since she was a young child that she wanted to follow in her parents’ footsteps and become a dentist! She received her bachelor’s degree in biology and her Master of Public Health from Texas A&M University. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston.

She is passionate about how our teeth affect our systemic health, the long-term consequences of dental treatment, the link between dental infection/periodontal disease and heart attacks, and the relationship between chronic airway problems and tooth grinding. She is a Clinical Advocate for Vivos Therapeutics and an accomplished airway dentist. She lectures across the country and loves helping dentists “with the secret” to implementing airway-centered dentistry in their practice. She is an Affiliate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and a certified Invisalign provider.

Dr. Kevin Goles grew up in the Reno area in northern Nevada. He found his love for dentistry while playing collegiate golf in Miami. He then returned home to complete his undergraduate degree from University of Nevada, Reno.

Kevin received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Michigan. He then continued his education with an advanced dental residency through the Army in Tacoma, WA. He spent five years serving as a dentist in the Army while also working in a nearby emergency dental clinic.

Dr. Goles has undergone extensive training in airway and sleep disordered breathing. He became a Diplomate of the American Sleep and Breathing Academy as well as an Ambassador for The Breathe Institute.

Dr. Blaine Leeds, DDS, has been practicing technologically advanced general and cosmetic dentistry since graduating with honors from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Dentistry in 1996. Dr. Leeds is a member of the American Dental Association, The Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation, The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, The American Teledentistry Association and is a Dawson Academy Scholar. Dr. Leeds is the founder and current leader of the Nashville - Dawson Academy Study Club. Dr. Leeds has been practicing almost exclusively in the world of clear aligner orthodontics since 2017, having been one of the first 170 general dentists certified nationally in 1997 by Invisalign. He has completed thousands of short term, mild crowding orthodontics cases in his career. Dr. Leeds is also a leader in Teledentistry, and in 2015 with the help of PhD labs in Los Angeles created his own app for dentistry called Smile Finder. Dr. Leeds is also completing training with Vivos Corporation in Colorado in 2019 to become a national leader in Sleep Apnea / Obstructed Airway Treatment.
